The kickstarter coffee smoothie is my personal favorite. I like this smoothie so much! 😍It is the ideal start of the day for me.

Ingredients
  • 1 piece of avocado
  • 1 piece of bananas
  • 1 cup of double espresso
  • 330 ml of soy milk
  • some ice cubes optional

Instructions
  1. First, put the double espresso.
  2. Put cold soy milk in the blender.
  3. Peel the banana and add the pulp.
  4. Cut the avocado in half, remove the kernel and spoon the flesh out of the peel.
  5. Add the avocado pulp.
  6. Add the double espresso.
  7. Add some ice cubes if necessary.
  8. Turn on the blender and blend into an even Kickstarter coffee smoothie. Drink tasty!

I have a similar recipe on the website, which is based on homemade hazelnut milk: hazelnut milk smoothie with a double espresso. Also super tasty, but this Kickstarter coffee smoothie is just as tasty and slightly faster to prepare. That is why this has become my favorite.

I use sweetened soy milk for this Kickstarter coffee smoothie. What?! Sugar is poison anyway? Well no.

About the free sugars in this Kickstarter coffee smoothie

The Western diet is full of added sugar and too many soft drinks and fruit juice are drunk. That falls into the category “one and one” and that is unhealthy.
